Skeleton Goonie is an enemy in the Yoshi (series). It's a skeletal and undead version of a regular Goonie, though it has feathers around its head.

Skeleton Goonies first appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island first appearing in the level Danger - Icy Conditions Ahead.
In this game, they lose their wings when hopped and collapse without wings. They can be defeated by having Yoshi pounce on it when it lacks wings, or he could throw an egg at it. They also have the slight possibility of carrying bombs, but never Shy Guys.
Yoshi Touch & Go[]
Skeleton Goonies also appear in Yoshi Touch & Go. They have no differences in the game.
Yoshi's Island DS[]
Skeleton Goonies appear yet again in Yoshi's Island DS. They still have no differences in the game.
